To raise employee health awareness, we conduct a "Vegetarian Check" every year, quantifying the amount of vegetable intake and providing an opportunity to reassess lifestyle habits. 1. Innovation that paves the way for the future
- We specialize in accelerator and vacuum technology, which is used in a variety of fields, including basic scientific research, medicine, and industry.
- We will build a technology development system that utilizes the opinions of young people, promote global expansion, and foster world-class technological capabilities.
- We are working to improve work efficiency by introducing systems that will lead to improved productivity, such as production management and accounting systems, and to eliminate dependency on individuals.
2. Creating a nurturing and supportive workplace
- Our management philosophy is "Enriching lives," and we are creating an environment in which employees can work with pride by promoting health management, supporting employees in obtaining qualifications, and introducing flexible working styles.
- We support diverse working styles, such as encouraging employees to take parental and maternity leave and providing a reduced working hours system for part-time employees.
- Going forward, we aim to create a fairer and more open workplace by reviewing our evaluation system and revitalizing communication.

- Going forward, we will strengthen our environmental response by calculating CO₂ emissions and setting reduction targets.
